When we go on holiday, we would like the key word to be freedom. Especially if we choose a village and campsite in the beautiful natural setting of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.

We are pleased to inform you that our à la carte menu in the restaurant emphasises local raw materials thanks to our collaboration with local companies to supply them.

To ensure the highest quality of food such as fresh pasta made entirely by hand, bread made from ancient grains and desserts are all home-made.

Our restaurant menu is also available for guests staying with us on a half-board basis and for vegetarians with dedicated dishes.

For this reason, we give you all the flavour our restaurant has to offer, allowing you to choose the formula you prefer day by day, based on how you want to organize your experience.

The characteristics of our kitchen

We believe that part of the experience of a trip is communicated through the discovery of local knowledge and flavours and, for this reason, we offer you, above all, the typical local cuisine of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.

After the generous continental buffet breakfast, at lunch and dinner you can choose from the menus proposed and tastings of the typical local dishes, among which tortellini pasta stands out; tortelloni with porcini mushrooms or with butter and sage; pappardelle with hare or mushroom sauce and many other delicacies.

Almost all the pasta is homemade and the quality of the dishes is one of our strengths.
